A Commercial Service Company Built Around Relationships
Dream Work Services exists to serve commercial decision-makers who need dependable maintenance, plumbing, repairs, and project support without managing a separate vendor for every trade. There is a meaningful difference between a transactional contractor who shows up once and a service relationship that learns how your property operates—and we are built to be the second.
Commercial clients need a service partner that understands scope, scheduling, access, occupied properties, vendor accountability, and follow-through. One call to Dream Work Services can handle more of the property's needs because we hold the related capabilities together—facility maintenance, commercial plumbing, preventive maintenance, property repairs, commercial improvements, tenant build-outs, and multi-location work.
We work with facility managers, property managers, commercial owners, operations teams, multi-location businesses, general contractors, and commercial project teams. For each, the goal is the same: become the dependable relationship the property team calls first when something needs to get handled correctly.
What Sets Us Apart
- One call handles facility and plumbing needs
- Self-performing work whenever possible
- Accountability over work being performed
- Responsive, relationship-driven communication
- Honest about capabilities and scope
- Preferred-vendor experience with national facility management companies
Jed Randall's Story
Jed Randall enlisted in the Navy in August 2001, just weeks before 9/11. He finished bootcamp in the top 10% of his division and served aboard an aircraft carrier working on fighter jet ejection seats until 2005.
After service, Jed worked in resort sales before taking a chance on construction with no experience or tools—his honesty and work ethic won him the job. By 2013, he started his own company, building it from the ground up through door-to-door relationships and trust.
That path shaped how Dream Work Services operates today. Military service taught Jed that integrity, accountability, and commitment are not slogans—they are how you show up for the people depending on you. Construction taught him that relationships are built one honest conversation and one completed job at a time. Together, those lessons became the operating philosophy of a commercial service company that takes responsibility for the work it performs and stands behind what it delivers.
We stand behind the work. If something isn't right, we take ownership and make it right.
We take responsibility for the job from start to finish, refusing to hide behind subcontractor layers.
We show up prepared to execute the work correctly, treating every relationship with long-term dedication.
Values That Carry Into Every Commercial Relationship
These are not marketing words. They describe how Dream Work Services actually approaches scope, communication, and the work performed on your property.
Integrity
We are straightforward about what Dream Work Services can and cannot properly handle. If a scope falls outside what we can control, we say so rather than overpromising to win the work.
Accountability
We take responsibility for communication, scope, and the work being performed. When something is not right, we own it and make it right without hiding behind layers of vendors.
Commitment
We treat every commercial service request as part of a continuing relationship, not a one-time transaction. Following through is how trust gets built over time.
Honest Capabilities
We self-perform whenever possible and avoid subcontracting work we cannot properly control. The goal is quality control and accountability, not simply moving work along.
Relationship-Driven
We learn how each facility or property team prefers to operate—communication style, documentation, scheduling—so the service fits the relationship rather than the other way around.
Hard Work
The company was built from the ground up through door-to-door relationships and trust. That work ethic carries into how we approach every commercial property we serve.
Built for Facility Managers, Property Teams & Commercial Operators

Operations Teams
Need service that works around building operations, tenant activity, and customer access without unnecessary disruption.
Multi-Location Businesses
Want consistent service coordinated across multiple Central Florida properties through one point of contact.
General Contractors

Commercial Service Without Unnecessary Layers
The way Dream Work Services approaches commercial work follows a straightforward sequence: listen to the need, understand the property and scope, be honest about capability, coordinate the work, self-perform whenever possible, communicate clearly, and build the next opportunity through trust.
We avoid subcontracting work we cannot properly control. That is not a claim that we never subcontract—it is a commitment to self-perform whenever possible and to take direct responsibility for the work performed on the property. The positioning is about quality control and accountability, not about criticizing how other contractors operate.
Our team understands the communication, documentation, scheduling, and accountability expectations that come with professional facility-management relationships, including preferred-vendor experience working with national facility management companies.
